The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Vice-Presidential candidate in the 2027 general elections, Rabiu Kwankwaso, has called on Nigerians to reject politics built around division, ethnicity and personal interests as the country prepares for the 2027 polls.
Kwankwaso urged voters to look beyond political sentiments and demand leaders who are competent, accountable and genuinely committed to improving the lives of ordinary Nigerians. He stressed that the 2027 election should be about choosing people with the capacity and integrity to tackle the country’s challenges rather than deepening existing divisions.
According to him, Nigerians have the power to shape the country’s future through their votes and should use that power wisely by holding political leaders to account and demanding results from those seeking public office.
