David Mark has urged Nigerian youths to see education as the country’s greatest investment, encouraging them to live with integrity, work hard and never stop learning.
The National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) gave the advice while speaking at the 2026 Graduation, Speech and Prize-Giving Ceremony of Pace Setters College in Abuja. Addressing the graduating students, he said the future belongs to those who are willing to adapt, think creatively and embrace innovation.
Mark reminded the students that academic certificates alone would not guarantee success, stressing that integrity, discipline and good character are what sustain lasting achievements.
He encouraged the graduates to see the ceremony not as the end of their education but the beginning of a lifelong journey of learning and self-improvement. He also urged them to become problem-solvers who use their knowledge to make a positive impact on society.
The former Senate President expressed confidence in Nigeria’s young people, saying they possess the talent, creativity and potential needed to build a better future for the country if given the right opportunities.
