Cristiano Ronaldo has confirmed that the ongoing FIFA World Cup will be the last of his legendary career.
The Portuguese captain said he is enjoying every moment of the tournament, especially the atmosphere created by the fans, but revealed that he has already made up his mind that this will be his final World Cup appearance.
Ronaldo also shared a light-hearted moment involving an Argentine flight attendant.
“On a flight, I realised one of the attendants was Argentine just by the way he looked at me. I told him, ‘I know you’re Argentinian. You looked at me and quickly looked away… you don’t like me! But don’t worry, my wife is Argentine,'” he joked.
