Osun Guber: Tinubu Charges INEC, Security Agencies to Ensure Peaceful and Credible Election

President Bola Tinubu has called on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and security agencies to ensure that Saturday’s Osun State governorship election is conducted peacefully, transparently and credibly.

The President urged all relevant authorities to uphold the integrity of the electoral process and provide a secure environment where eligible voters can freely exercise their constitutional right to vote.

Tinubu also appealed to eligible voters across the state to come out and participate in the election without fear, assuring them that adequate security arrangements would be in place before, during and after the polls.

The President’s call comes as political parties and candidates intensify preparations for the keenly watched Osun governorship election, with expectations that the exercise will reflect the genuine choice of the people.
