BREAKING: Anambra, Ebonyi Miss Out as Abia, Enugu, Imo and 17 Others Qualify for $27 Million World Bank Funding

Anambra and Ebonyi States did not make the list of beneficiaries under the World Bank-supported HOPE Governance Programme.

Instead, Abia, Enugu, Imo and 17 other Nigerian states qualified for the performance-based funding after meeting reform targets in education, primary healthcare, and public financial management.

The HOPE Governance Programme rewards states that implement key governance reforms aimed at improving transparency, accountability, and public service delivery.
